  • About Jason Webb

    Jason Webb is a Milwaukee-based public speaker, entrepreneur, movement leader, and advocate of racial reconciliation. His track record includes establishing organizations and churches, handling mergers and acquisitions, overseeing budgets and people, and consistently meeting and exceeding organizational goals.

     

    Over the last 18 years, Mr. Webb has helped start, lead, volunteer at, and mobilize volunteers for multiple domestic and international non-profit organizations in the US, Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Peru, and other countries throughout the world.

     

    He is a gifted fundraiser who has led multimillion-dollar campaigns and oversaw complex budgets, to include a $12.5 million budget at his last organization. Some of his engagements include work with Elmbrook Church, Brooklife Church, Nairobi Chapel, New Thing, James Place, and many other nonprofit organizations locally and globally.

     

    In these organizations, he has held top management and leadership positions. Jason Webb’s expertise includes communication, leadership development, recruiting, public speaking, fundraising and budget management, strategic planning, networking, merger and acquisition, and business expansion. Mr. Webb has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

     

    When he is not working, Mr. Webb spends time with his four children, reading at the coffee shop, playing golf, or cheering for the Green Bay Packers.

    MILWAUKEE FOCUS

    WISCONSIN CHURCH PLANTING NETWORK, JAMES PLACE (6 LOCATIONS), UPSTART KITCHEN, MILWAUKEE DECLARATION

    • Jason Webb founded and led a network of 16 significant churches throughout Southeastern Wisconsin committed to multiplying churches, sharing best practices and resourcing each other. Through the network, 15 new churches and campuses were launched.
    • He also supervised the staff and raised more than $1.5M for James Place community centers which provide immigration services, tutoring and mentoring for students in struggling MPS schools; teaching of ESL for refugees, job placement, counseling, and medical services, and microenterprise training.
    • Mr. Webb raised $250,000 to launch Upstart Kitchen, innovative commercial kitchen space for food entrepreneurs in the Sherman Park area.
    • Jason Webb served on a team of community leaders dedicated to fighting systemic racism, especially following the Sherman Park riots. He spoke at large community events and mobilized volunteers for restoration efforts.

    INTERNATIONAL FOCUS

    NEW THING, GATEWAYS TO LIFE (LESBOS), ECHO AFRICA (KENYA), MISSION OF HOPE (HAITI), RIVERWIND (PERU), TUMAINI MEDICAL CLINICS, PHILEMON, TULIP (KENYA)

    • Mr. Webb served on the global leadership team for New Thing, a network of 2,000+ churches worldwide dedicated to starting new churches and meeting the practical needs of communities around the world. 
    • Jason Webb helped to raise over $250,000 for a new women’s shelter and medical clinic in refugee camps on the Island of Lesbos. He also helped to mobilize teams of volunteers to serve in Lesbos on recurring short-term trips.
    • Mr. Webb served on the board of ECHO Africa, a non-profit aimed at providing books for under-resourced students in Kenya. 
    • Jason helped to raise over $100,00, facilitated large food pack drives, and mobilized teams of volunteers for Mission of Hope, an organization dedicated to proper health and education in Haiti.
    • He helped to raise thousands of dollars for and mobilized teams of volunteers for Riverwind, an organization that provides clean drinking water for villages in the Amazon Basin in Peru.
    • Jason Webb supervised and mentored the staff of 2 medical clinics in Nairobi, Kenya.
    • Mr. Webb managed and coached staff of Philemon, an organization that helps ex-cons find sustainable living and employment in Nairobi, Kenya. Mobilized volunteers for this as well.
    • He also oversaw and mentored a staff of TULIP, a non-profit aimed at helping middle school and high school girls in the slums receive proper education and job training. ​
